I have made 2 colourful artist trading cards for a swap over at Swap Bot this time we had to use patterns from the tangle patterns site that begin with the letter F. I chose to add a little colour using some new pens that I got.
This fortnight’s entry for ATCs and cards with attitude too 🙂
As promised here is the 2nd nameplate I did for our oldest, I did this one just a little different and went a little closer to the letters of his name. The boys think they are great, I have framed them in a lovely black and silver frame and now I just need to find something to hang them up on the wall with.
I have taken part in another swap over at swap bot (1 of many) and the theme was Zentangles pattern series “E”. the idea was to create an ATC that featured patterns from Tangle patterns that begin with the letter E. I was wishing I hadn’t divided my card into so many sections, but I am rather pleased with the way they turned out.
These are going into the challenge at ATCs & Cards with Attitude this week.
As you can imagine, it is almost impossible to get a ready made, off the shelf, nameplate for my youngest son as his name is spelt differently to most of the Philip’s out there. I decided to make him one that he could frame and hang on his bedroom wall. I am so pleased with it that I think we should all have one – watch this space!
